Inspection Prices

Our inspection prices are based on our Pre-inspection agreement criteria and the time we anticipate that it will take to complete the inspection, the resultant report and to answer the questions that typically arise to ensure our clients are well informed.

When you call our office to schedule an inspection, please be ready to provide the following information.  We need to know:

The square footage of the main structure_______________________

The age of the main structure_________________________________

The number of air conditioning units___________________________

The location of the property__________________________________

The type of foundation (slab, post & beam, other)________________

Optional equipment you want inspected (yard sprinkler, hot tub, pool)

If you require a Termite/WDI inspection________________________

If there are any detached structures you want inspected (i.e. maid’s quarters, workshops, detached garage, etc.)

If you require ‘phase’ inspections prior to and during the completion of the structure, we offer quality control inspections for clients prior to slab pour, pre-drywall, and ‘final’ inspections.
