A more thorough Inspection is accomplished when our clients insist that the home seller properly prepares the house for access and inspection.  Here is a list of requirements for the seller to facilitate prior to the Inspection.  You have the Permission of Five Star Home Inspections to use the following as an Addendum to your Sales Contract or Earnest Money Contract
